Hi, I'm Victoria – a lifelong nail enthusiast whose love for polish started as a little girl with sparkly BonBons and grew into a full-blown obsession. That passion led me to become a licensed nail tech and pour love into every client experience. Over time I realized I missed being personally nail inspired. This kind of joy comes from creativity, play, and self-expression; not just routine acrylic sets. 

My daughter Scarlet was the spark that reignited my joy. While doing our nails together one day, she looked up at me and said, “Maybe we can have our own nail polish store?".  At that moment Bello Dal Cielo was born, from the hearts of two girls who just love nails. 

This dream is dedicated to the little girl I was, and the little girls I’m raising. It’s a love letter to creativity, quality, and faith. I keep my eyes to the heavens as the Lord continues to reveal beauty in every part of this mysterious journey. 

Romans 8:28 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.”

At Bello Dal Cielo, our mission is to help everyone grow strong, healthy natural nails, while having a little (or a lot) of fun along the way. Every polish is hand-poured, inspected, protected, and approved by me with love and care.
